Jeff B. Harmon At War

I return to New York and present my finished article to Joe Spieler at Gallery. He loathes it. Joe expects a pro-rebel article. Instead he gets a harsh independent view of the war. But the publisher, Leon Garry, loves my article and front-line photos, so it gets published. Leon says, “I’m going to make you Gallery’s foreign correspondent and put you on the masthead.”
